Yugawara Club is an editorial guide, not a customer-account or booking platform.
This policy describes the public Yugawara Club website and email sent to its editor. Linked businesses, booking platforms, maps, social networks, and other external services have their own privacy practices. Their policies apply when you leave this site or load their embedded content.
The site does not operate a contact form or visitor account system. If you email us, we receive the address, message, attachments, and other information you choose to include. We use it to respond, verify suggested updates, maintain an editorial record, and follow up on a proposed collaboration. Do not send passports, residence cards, payment credentials, passwords, medical records, or other sensitive information unless a secure method has first been agreed.
The site is hosted through Vercel and uses Sanity to provide editorial content and media. Those providers may process ordinary technical and security data such as IP address, request time, requested URL, browser or device information, and error or abuse-prevention logs. Yugawara Club does not currently run its own advertising tracker or behavioral advertising profile. Hosting and security behavior may change as providers update their services.
Yugawara Club loads Google Analytics only after you give consent. It measures page views and selected interaction events, including clicks on Yume Farm contact and Instagram actions. A contact-intent event contains only controlled values for contact method, page language, button placement, and the Yume Farm profile identifier; it does not send your name, email address, message, form contents, or the external destination URL. Google may process ordinary device, browser, network, and usage information under its own privacy terms. Advertising storage, advertising personalization, and Google signals are disabled. Your choice is stored in your browser’s local storage. You can withdraw consent at any time through the Analytics settings control, after which analytics storage is denied and the site stops sending further analytics events. Some pages link to or embed third-party maps, media, and official sources. Loading embedded content may send technical information to that third party and may allow it to set its own cookies or local storage. Where practical, we provide an ordinary link or text alternative so readers can choose whether to open the external service.
We use personal information only for the reason it was provided, site security, legal obligations, or a closely related editorial purpose. We do not sell personal information. Information may be handled by service providers needed to host the site or deliver email, or disclosed when legally required. A private individual’s name, quotation, or non-public contact detail will not be published from an email without confirmation.
Email and editorial records are kept only as long as reasonably useful for correspondence, verification, publication history, security, or legal needs, then deleted or minimized when practical. To ask what personal information we hold, request a correction or deletion, or raise another privacy concern, email matt@mkultraman.com. We may need enough information to verify that the request concerns you.
